This is the most scenic righthand point break in the Mentawai. Loved by people of all surfing levels. Can offer barrels at times, but usually has long rippable walls to work on your combo’s. Wave magnet, so the less swell the better. Over 5 ft becomes mushy.

An iconic surf break situated on the tip of a small deserted island in the Playgrounds area of the Mentawai’s, Burgerworld is easily recognisable due to its distinctive backdrop and long playful walls.  Although this spot can’t deal with too much swell, it will handle a whole lot of fun.

One of the most fun waves in the Northern Mentawais, Burgerworld is a long, clean right point break. A long open wall ripe for maneuvers opens up after a short, steep, and often barreling take-off. Surrounded by a near paradise environment, Burgerworld is not only world class but picturesque. Great for everyone from intermediate surfers to pros.

The only way to access Burgerworld is by boat. A clean and easy point break, you can catch waves just about anywhere down the line but look for channels in the reef to access the main peak. Please check the schedule page for the best season to get your dream wave in Mentawai’s.
